TO: The Chairman Philippine Medical Care Commission

The Philippine Medical Care Commission is hereby authorized to transfer the functions of the Executive Director which is concurrently performed by the Vice-Chairman, to a career official within that organization who shall receive the same emoluments as the original Executive Director.

Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty.
