REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8768 - AN ACT COVERTING THE PAMBUHAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GARCHITORENA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAMBUHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Pambuhan High School in the Municipality of Garchitorena, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Pambuhan National High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
