AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (f) ON PAGE 440, SUB-PARAGRAPH 38, FOR THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, GROUP I, PARAGRAPH d, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (f) on page 440, subparagraph 38, for the Province of Negros Oriental, Group, I, paragraph d, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, is amended to read as follows:
"(f) La Libertad&mdashPacuan Road Construction and/or improvement........P10,000.00."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
