REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4338 - AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A FRESHWATER DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM AND NURSERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAYANTOC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, a freshwater demonstration fish farm and nursery in the Municipality of Mayantoc, Province of Tarlac.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said freshwater demonstration fish farm and nursery for fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
