TO : All Banks and NBQBs
For purposes of compliance with the reserve requirement on deposit substitutes/deposit liabilities, common trust funds and other similarly managed funds (CTF), trust and other fiduciary activities - others (TOFA-Others), it is hereby clarified that 24 June 2005 (Araw ng Maynila), a special non-working holiday in the City of Manila, is considered a regular reserve day.
Please be guided accordingly.
