REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER No. 90-98 issued December 11, 1998 prescribes the payment of printing costs of BIR labels for wines, spirits and other alcohol products being charged by the authorized printer (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Securities Printing Department) which are as follows: a) regular labels - P 0.374 per piece; and b) auxiliary labels - P 0.113 per piece. Said printing costs are subject to change from time to time, depending on the rates that the authorized printer will charge the BIR in the future.
