ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS (ELECTRONIC GAMES) ALL GAMING SITE OPERATORS (ELECTRONIC GAMES) ALL NEW-APPLICANT CORPORATION

FROM: THE ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, GLDD

SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING BY GLDD OF APPLICATIONS TO OFFER PHILWEB'S EGS BY EITHER EXISTING OPERATOR OR NEW APPLICANT-CORPORATION

Please be informed that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved on February 28. 2018 the acceptance and processing by GLDD of the following:

Applications of existing electronic games Operators to convert from InstaWin to PhilWeb's EGS; I Applications of existing electronic games Operator to resume gaming site

operations using PhilWeb's EGS; and I Applications of new applicant-corporation for an electronic games gaming

license utilizing PhilWeb's EGS.

In view of this development and in order to provide guidance in the above-mentioned implemented effective immediately: applications, please be advised that the following forms had been updated and shall be

b. Application Form for the Establishment of Gaming Site for Electronic Games and a. Game Offering Request and Approval Form (GS Form No. 7) ; and Bingo Games PART I (GS Form No. 1A). To download the updated GS Forms, kindly visit the corresponding links under "Gaming Sites" heading at the "Electronic Gaming and Poker" page in the Regulatory Website.

and 7 of the Gaming Site Regulatory Manual for Electronic Games version 3.0 as amended. The afore-mentioned shall be governed by the relevant provisions under Regulations 5
