TO: The Secretary of Trade Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources Secretary of Health Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority Chairman of the Board of Investments Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines

In line with the policy to protect the consuming public against illegal practices in connection with the supply, distribution and sale of prime commodities, you are hereby constituted as a Committee to review and propose amendments to the Price Control Law with the end in view of making the law more effective and at the same time encourage more production of basic or prime commodities.

The Committee herein constituted is hereby directed to meet immediately and submit proposed measures and recommendations urgently needed in pursuance of the Government's economic and social development programs.
