Court of Tax Appeals and Manila Golf & Country Club, Inc., G.R. No. L-47421 <C.T.A. Case No. 2630 ) through its resolution of June 27, 1990, this Court resolves to take cognizance of the agreement of the parties and grant the withdrawal of the petition for review in the instant case. Accordingly, the petition for review is considered withdrawn and this case deemed closed and terminated.
