Policy on disbursements/drawdowns on foreign loans
CBP CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1993
TO : All Authorized Agent Banks
In line with Item No. 2, Section 27 of Circular No. 1389 issued on April 13, 1993 providing for the policy on disbursements/drawdowns on foreign loans, Schedules 3 and 7 of IOS Form 1 (CBP-6-22-01) are hereby revised to delete receipts and withdrawals under the constructive inward-remittance scheme, i.e., item III of both schedules, among the items to be reported as forming part of the foreign exchange acquisitions and dispositions of banks.
The revised format of Schedules 3 and 7 are attached herewith for your guidance.
