WHEREAS, the Appeals Committee created under Administrative Order No. 370, series of 1975, to take cognizance of petitions for reconsideration of dismissed officials and employees has recommended their reinstatement in the government service:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order their immediate reinstatement in t416heir respective offices provided that during the period from the date of their separation from the service up to their reinstatement in accordance with this Order, they shall be considered under suspension without pay. Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
