R. No . L-26207 before a decision could be rendered by this Court; that petitioners withdrew the said appeal, which withdrawal was granted by the upreme Court in a resolution dated July 29 , 1966; that respondent filed a motion on October 18, 1966 tha t the records of the case be returned to the Bureau of Internal Revenue "in order that administrative action may be taken in the premises"; that said motion, being in order , vTas granted by this Court, pursuant to section 2 of the Rules of this Court; and that this Court has lost jurisdiction over �arne; W~IEHEFORE, the motion for dismissal is hereby denied on jurisdictional grounds, this being now a closed case.
