REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 41-2002 issued on September 26, 2002 notifies the loss of original copies of Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) issued to various grantees specified in the Circular. Said TCCs, which were reported lost by the One Stop-Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center of the Department of Finance, have been declared null and void and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
