REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8028 - AN ACT NAMING THE ROAD FROM TIGBAO (TACLOBAN) TO STA. FE, PASTRANA, DAGAMI AND TANAUAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS FILOMENO MONTEJO HIGHWAY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The road starting from Tigbao (Tacloban) to Sta. Fe, Pastrana, Dagami and Tanauan (Junction of Pan-Philippine Highway), Province of Leyte, shall be known as the Filomeno Montejo Highway.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
