ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON APRIL 28-30, 2004 AT THE SUBIC INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, OLONGAPO CITY

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLEARAP) will hold its National Convention/Seminar on April 28-30, 2004 at the Subic International Hotel, Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
