On December 5, 2019, Petitioner flied a "Mananifestation (sic) and Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review" manifesting that it has decided to avail of the administrative remedy of entering into a compromise agreement with Respondent and requests that its Petition be withdrawn in order for the BIR Records to be returned to Respondent so that it can be forwarded to the concerned department that will process and evaluate its application for compronuse agreement. On December 11,2019, Respondent filed a "Manifestation and Motion", manifesting that he has no objection to Petitioner's motion to withdraw the Petition for Review. He thereafter requested for the permanent withdrawal of the entire BIR Records of the above-captioned case to facilitate the processing

WHEREFORE, considering that both parties are in agreement and are equally committed to pursue a compromise settlement, Petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review is GRANTED. The Petition for Review is hereby WITHDRAWN. Accordingly, the above-captioned case is DEEMED CLOSED and TERMINATED. Respondent's motion to permanently withdraw the BIR Records of the above-captioned case is likewise GRANTED. Respondent is ALLOWED to withdraw the BIR Records of the above-captioned case. SO ORDERED.
