Please be advised that the below listed Registration Documents, issued  by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investments of Campina Zuivel B.V. (formerly known under the names Campina Melkunie B.V., Campina B.V. and Holland Canned Milk International) of The Netherlands, in General Milling Corporation (GMC) have been reported lost, to wit:
