REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6358 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES FOR THE STATE FUNERAL OF CARLOS P. GARCIA, AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MAUSOLEUM TO CONTAIN HIS REMAINS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses for the state funeral of Carlos P. Garcia and for the construction of a mausoleum to contain his remains.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
