TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE CALUMPANG RIVER BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, do hereby terminate the collection of tolls at the Calumpang River Bridge, province of Batangas, provided that, that part of the cost of the construction of said bridge taken from the revolving fund created by Act No. 3500, as amended, plus interest, shall be paid from the share of the province of Batangas from the Highway Special Fund, as provided for in section 11 of Republic Act No. 917. Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth.
