The functionality test shall be conducted based on a checklist which shall be prepared by the Licensee. Functionality test results should be favorable prior to commercial operation of the table game. ▪ The abovementioned undertaking shall be carried out in close coordination with the Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Department – Integrated Resorts (CMED-IR) and the PAGCOR Monitoring Team (PMT). B. PROPOSED POKER (PLAYER-TO-PLAYER) PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT (e.g., Bad Beat Jackpot) with attached Implementing Rules and Guidelines containing at a minimum the following: 1. Jackpot Rake Rules 2.
