The Guidelines of the Honorable Commission, which requires the submission of Petition of Certification as Regional Parliamentary Political Party - Youth Sectoral Wing is until April 7, 2026. Thus, this petition is filed in a timely manner. II. INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT 2. This Petition is respectfully filed seeking the accreditation of BANGSAMORO FEDERALIST PARTY - YOUTH SECTORAL WING (hereinafter referred to by its acronym “BFP-YSW”) as a Parliamentary Sectoral Wing of a Regional

Parliamentary Political Party pursuant to applicable election laws and Bangsamoro issuances. 3. Moreover, BFP-YSW was already certified by the Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) as evidenced by herein attached Certification dated 6 April 2026 and marked as Annex “A”. 4. The official logo of the BFP-YSW, showing its images, words, colors, and markings used to symbolize its ideals and principles, is attached as Annex “B”; III. PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS AND CONTACT DETAILS 5. The principal place of business of the BFP-YSW is located at Barangay Tamontaka Mother, Cotabato City, Maguindanao del Norte, BARMM; 6.
