DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 MAY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PULILAN, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 14 May 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Pulilan, Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the Kneeling Carabao Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pulilan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare 14 May 2026, Thursday, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pulilan, Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
