REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4191 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EMERGENCY HOSPITALS IN CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF CAPIZ.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services one emergency hospital in each of the municipalities of Jamindan and Sapian, both in the Province of Capiz.

SEC. 2. The emergency hospitals established under this Act shall be financed in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and thirty-nine.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
