AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION ( E ) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE HUNDRED AND TWELVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same :

SECTION 1. Subsection ( e ) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item nine, on page nineteen, under the heading "Occidental Misamis", read as follows:

"9. For the completion of the school of the barrio of Talayron, Oroquieta ............. P4,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
