DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX DEL SUR, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on 20 November 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Dupax del Sur, Province of Nueva Vizcaya will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dupax del Sur be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 20 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dupax del Sur, Province of Nueva Vizacaya.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
