RESOLUTION On February 6, 2023, this Court directed plaintiff to submit an Amended Information within ten (10) days from receipt of notice to correct the noted inconsistencies and erroneous allegations in the Information filed on December 2, 2022. The records of this case reveal that plaintiff received said notice on February 15, 2023, hence, it has until February 25, 2023 to comply with the order of this Court However, per Records Verification dated March 2, 2023, plaintiff failed to submit said Amended Information. WHEREFORE, premises considered, plaintiff's Information under CTA Crim. Case No. 0-968 is hereby DISMISSED. SO ORDERED. Presiding Justice
