SUBJECT : Specimen Signatures of Authenticating Senior Bank Officers

Further to Circular Letter dated May 27, 1993, requiring the submission of the specimen signatures of your branch officers based outside Metro Manila who are authorized to sign applications for cash withdrawals with the Cash Units of Bangko Sentral Regional Offices/Units, you are hereby advised to submit to the Office of the Managing Director, In-Charge of Regional Operations, this Bank, the specimen signatures of the Senior Bank Officers in your respective Head Offices authorized to authenticate the signatures of your provincial branch officers, on or before September 15, 1993.

Corollarily, please advise us of any changes in your authorized branch office signatories, as well as, authenticating Head Office Senior Officers, as the need arises.
