SUBJECT: SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (3) YEARS OF ATTY. EMILY A. BAJAR

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Court En Bane dated September 07, 2007, in Administrative Case No. 3731 entitled, "Manuel S. Sebastian vs. Atty. Emily A. Bajar", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Emily A. Bajar is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of THREE YEARS effective from notice, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts will be dealt with more severely."

In a resolution dated November 20, 2007 , the Court DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid decision.
