REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1310 - AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE BARRIOS OF BASIA-WAN, KIBULAN AND THE SITIOS OF KIMATAY AND KILALAG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALALAG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The barrios of Basiawan, Kibulan and the sitios of Kimatay and Kilalag in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao, are hereby transferred to the Municipality of Malalag of the same province.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, June 16, 1955.
