REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE November 4, 2002 REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 16-A-2002 SUBJECT: Amending the Effectivity Date of Revenue Regulations No. 16-2002 TO: All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Due to the delay in the opening of demand deposit accounts of the Bureau of Treasury for the BIR in the head offices of the Authorized Agent Banks, the effectivity date of Revenue Regulations No. 16-2002 is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 9 OF REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 16-2002. "SEC. 9 EFFECTIVITY � These Regulations shall take effect on November 19, 2002. The effectivity date of the switch- over from the current acknowledgment slip to the BIR- prescribed deposit slip under Section 2-D hereof shall likewise be on November 19, 2002." SECTION 2.
