REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5727 - AN ACT EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED TO CARLOS NABLE UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED SIX, FOR ANOTHER TWENTY-FIVE YEARS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The term of the franchise granted to Carlos Nable, under Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred six, to install and operate a water supply system in the Municipality of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby extended for a period of twenty-five years from the date of its expiration.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
