RE:

MEETING IN ILOILO CITY ON 22 AND 23 AUGUST 2002

The Judiciary Association of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold its first National Board Meeting in Iloilo City on 22 and 23 August 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should seek written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and provided that the attendance shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date meeting.
