F R O M : THE ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, GLDD SUBJECT : SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDELINES AND AMENDMENT OF THE MANUALS PERTINENT TO THE EXTENSION OF GAMING LICENSE VALIDITY PERIOD WITH CORRESPONDING INCREASE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE GAMING SITE REGULATORY APPLICATION FEE AND RENEWAL FEE FOR ELECTRONIC GAMES AND BINGO GAMES GAMING SITES I
the PAGCOR Board of Directors, among others, as follows: This has reference to GLDD's memorandum dated December 13, 2017 advising the gaming site Operators and Service Providers of the December 6, 2017 approvals of
a Extension of the Gaming License validity period for both new and renewal
gaming site license application, as follows:
Renewal New Application Gaming License Type 2 years 1 year From Validity Period 3 years 3 years To
b. Corresponding increase in the new application and renewal fees, as follows: Gaming License Type Renewal New Application PhP250,000.00 Application and Renewal Fees PhP90,000.00 From PhP150,000.00 PhP375,000.00 To

1. The cut-off date for the implementation of the mandatory 3-year validity and the corresponding PhP375,000.00 Application Fee and PhP150,000.00 Renewal Fee shall be on December 6, 2017 subject to the following:
a For New Application of Gaming License iFresh applications submitted to and received by GLDD starting Applicants with ongoing applications submitted to and received by December 6, 2017. GLDD prior to December 6, 2017 who have not yet paid the Application
Fee as of December 6, 2017.
b. For Renewal of Gaming License Fresh applications submitted to and received by GLDD starting December 6, 2017.

For Change in Operator of an existing Gaming Site Fresh applications submitted to and received by GLDD starting December 6, 2017 subject to compliance with the amended Regulation 5 Section 9 (Change in Operator of a Gaming Site). Applicants with ongoing applications submitted to and received by PhP250,000.00 Application Fee as of December 6, 2017, subject to compliance with the amended Regulation 5 Section 9 (Change in GLDD prior to December 6, 2017 who have not yet paid the

2. Applicants and Existing Operators with ongoing applications may avail of the optional 3-year validity period subject to the following:
a. For New Application of Gaming License Applicants with ongoing applications who have PhP250,000.00 Application Fee as of December 6, 2017. pad the
b. For Renewal of Gaming License Applicants with ongoing applications who have paid the PhP90,000.00 Renewal Fee as of December 6, 2017.
c. For Change in Operator of an existing Gaming Site
Applicants with ongoing applications who have already paid the PhP250,000.00 Application Fee as of December 6, 2017, subject to compliance with the amended Regulation 5 Section 9 (Change in Operator of a Gaming Site).
3. Existing Operators with valid gaming license may avail of the optional 3- year validity period provided that:
a New Gaming License
The New Gaming License was issued starting November 1, 2017 and Application Fee to PhP375,000.00. subject further to the payment of the corresponding additional License Application Fee in order to update the paid amount of the License

b. Renewal.Gaming License
The Renewal Gaming License was issued starting November 1, 2017
and subject further to the payment of the corresponding additional License Renewal Fee in order to update the paid amount of the License Renewai Fee to PhP150,000.00.
4. The optional 3-year validity period cannot be availed of under any of the
following circumstances:
a. Change in Operator of a Gaming Site
upon Renewal of the Gaming License. The new Gaming License was issued prior to the implementation of the amended Regulation 5 Section 9 (Change in Operator of a Gaming Site) In such case, the mandatory 3-year validity period shall be implemented
b. Amendment of Gaming License due to existing Operator's conversion from
