AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUSTICES OF THE COURT OF TAX APPEALS AS PARTICIPANTS TO THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON MEDIATION OF TAX CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO), in partnership with the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID, through the American Bar Association - Role of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will conduct a ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON MEDIATION OF TAX CASES to be held on October 18, 2013,11:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. at the Luxent Hotel, Timog Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City.

The following Justices will attend in the aforementioned Specialized Mediation Training as PARTICIPANTS:
