3 rd BOARD MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2009 AT THE OLD CONFERENCE HALL, SUPREME COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES , TAFT AVE. , MANILA

The Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold its 3 rd Board Meeting on September 20, 2009 at the Old Conference Hall Supreme Court of the Philippines, Taft Avenue, Manila .

In connection therewith, the following officers, board members and advisers are hereby authorized to be in the Supreme Court on September 20, 2009 to discuss important issues and concerns of the association:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available; provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Nona P. Cabacungan, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days after the said meeting.
