SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COCAP)

The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (COCAP) will hold their Quarterly Board Meeting on May 26, 2006, 9:00 A.M. at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Esmeralda G. Dizon, Vice President for National Capital Region of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
