TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL AND DUMAGUETE CITY

SUBJECT : COLLOQUIUM ON DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION WITH THE FIVE PILLARS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM ON 29 AND 30 OCTOBER 2001 IN DUMAGUETE CITY

The Parole and Probation Administration Department of Justice Region VII, in coordination with the Dangerous Drugs Board and the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental Province will hold a two-day live-in Colloquium on Drug Abuse Prevention with the Five Pillars of the Criminal Justice System on 29 and 30 October 2001 at the Bethel Guest House, Dumagute City.

The concerned judges are hereby authorized to attend the said colloquium on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
