TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES-NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (COSTRAPHIL-NCJR) CHAPTER

SUBJECT : 2nd NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) CONGRESS ON DECEMBER 6 AND 7, 2012 AT THE NORBERTO AMORANTO STADIUM, QUEZON CITY

The officers and the members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines-National Capital Judicial Region (COSTRAPHIL-NCJR) Chapter will hold its 2nd National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) Congress on December 6 and 7, 2012 at the Norberto Amoranto Stadium, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the event on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Ronalyn T. Almarvez, Vice President for NCJR of the Association shall submit a report (including the complete list of all the court personnel who attended the event) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the event.
