TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT IN DAVAO CITY

SUBJECT : LAUNCHING OF THE DAVAO CITY JUSTICE ZONE ON 14 MARCH 2019 AT THE BENIGNO AQUINO HALL OF JUSTICE COMPOUND

The Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC), in coordination with the European Union-Governance in Justice (GOJUST) Programme, will launch the Davao City Justice Zone on 14 March 2019, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the Benigno Aquino Hall of Justice Compound.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the Activity on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The JSCC Secretariat shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a list of all the judges and court personnel who attended the activity within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
