TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES IN LAPU-LAPU CITY
SUBJECT : SPORTSFEST ON 22-24 MAY 2019 IN LAPU-LAPU CITY
The Regional Trial Court (RTC) and Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), Lapu-Lapu City, will hold a Sportsfest on 22 to 24 May 2019, 1:00 p.m., in Lapu-Lapu City.
The participants in the sportsfest are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing, and a skeletal force remains in every branch/office to attend to official business or transactions.
Hon. Joseph Stephen A. Ygnacio, Executive Judge, RTC, Lapu-Lapu City, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all judges and court personnel who participated within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
