TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN PANGASINAN
SUBJECT : SPORTS FESTIVAL-TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES ON 5 AND 6 JUNE 2015 IN ROSALES AND LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN, RESPECTIVELY
The first and second level courts in Pangasinan will hold a Sports Festival-Team Building activities on 5 and 6 June 2015 (Friday and Saturday) in Rosales and Lingayen, Pangasinan, respectively.
The participants in the sports festival-team building are hereby authorized to attend the activities on 5 June 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.
Judge Rusty M. Naya, Chairperson of the 2015 Judiciary-DOJ Sports Fest, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
