TO: THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT:

RECOLLECTION FOR NCR AND LUZON RTC JUDGES ON MARCH 16, 2005 AT MAKATI CITY

The Philippine Judges Association will hold a Recollection for NCR and Luzon RTC Judges on March 16, 2005 ( 8:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. ) at the Metropolitan Club, Estrella cor. Amapola Sts., Bel-Air Village (near Rockwell), Makati City .

All First and Second Level Court Judges from the NCR and Luzon who are interested in attending this activity are authorized to attend the same on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available but subject to prior written authority from their respective Executive Judges.

The President of the Philippine Judges Association shall submit to this Office a complete report on the activity within ten (10) days after it is held, together with a certified list of participants.
