For your information and guidance., quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the First Division dated 24 October 2008 , in Administrative Case No. 7505 entitled, "Walter Wilkie vs. Atty. Sinamar E. Limos", to wit:

'WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Sinamar E. Limos is SUSPENDED FOR THREE MONTHS from the practice of law with warning that repetition of the same or similar acts will merit a more severe penalty. Let copies of this Decision be entered in the respondent's record as a member of the Bar, and Notice of the same be served on the integrated Bar of the Philippines , and on the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts in the country."

Atty. Sinimar E. Limos received the Resolution on 21 November 2008 per Registry Return Receipt No. 60059.
