SUBJECT

: ATTENDANCE AT THE ANNUAL SEMINAR-CONVENTION ON MAY 29, 30 AND 31, 1997, AT THE CLUB FILIPINO, SAN JUAN, METRO MANILA

All officers, directors and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) are hereby authorized to attend the PJA's annual seminar-convention on May 29, 30 and 31, 1997, at the Club Filipino, San Juan, Metro Manila.

This is on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten(10) days from date of the convention.
