ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS
TO :
ALL LOWER COURT JUDGES AND PERSONNEL
In view of the numerous complaints from lower court judges and personnel regarding the implementation of the Disbursement Scheme under Joint Circular No. 4-86 dated August 12, 1986 of the then Ministry of the Budget & Management, Ministry of Finance, and the Commission on Audit, wherein salary disbursements have been coursed through the Philippine National Bank for remittance to the serving bank in their locality where they have their respective bank accounts, a new salary disbursement procedure is hereby adopted as follows:
Beginning August, 1987, lower court judges and personnel being paid their salaries by BPO (Bulk Purchase Order) shall be paid by PNB (Philippine National Bank) Checks en-cashable at any PNB branch all over the country,
The PNB checks shall be printed by the EDP. Services of this Court and mailed to the respective courts of the lower court judges and personnel by the Disbursement Division.
Please be guided accordingly.
