TO: All Officers and Members of the Philippine Trial Judge League, inc.

SUBJECT: Biennial National Convention and Seminar on November 8, 9 & 10, 2007 at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc., will hold its 12 Biennial National Convention and Seminar on November 8, 9 & 10, 2007 at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City .

All officers and members of the Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc., who are interested in attending said convention and seminar are hereby authorized to do so on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable against local funds if authorized and available, provided however that their attendance in said affair shall not in any manner disrupt the court calendar.

The President of the Philippine Trial Judges League shall submit to this Office a complete report on the affair within ten (10) days after it is held together with a certified list of participants.
