SEMINAR-WORKSHOP on CASEFLOW MANAGEMENT (CFM)

(AMENDED*)

As part of the Philippine Judicial Academy's capacity-building program and its continuing effort to assist trial courts in the effective management of their dockets, a Seminar-Workshop on Caseflow Management will be conducted on December 3-6, 2002 at the Pearl Manila Hotel, Taft Avenue, Manila. This activity formally opens a pilot project on effective caseflow management that aims to establish a firm tracking system for case management. This will provide Judges and their court personnel a detailed and comprehensive system of caseload management and monitoring.

The pilot testing of the program will be conducted in all the branches of the Regional Trial Court and Metropolitan Trial Court of Pasay City. Accordingly, the Judges and court personnel of the courts concerned are authorized to attend and participate in said seminar on the dates indicated opposite their courts, to wit:

Judges shall leave a skeletal force in their respective courts to take care of court business during their scheduled seminars.

All participants of the 1st Batch (December 3-4) are directed to attend the closing ceremonies on December 6, 2002 at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Attendance in this Seminar is MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS TIME.
