SUBJECT : 3rd NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHTL) INC. ON 25 TO 27 APRIL 2002 IN LAOAG CITY

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Inc. will hold its 3rd National Convention and Seminar on 25 to 27 April 2002 at the Centennial Arena, Laoag City.

Court Stenographers are authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the business of the court on the said dates.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
