(Amending Administrative Circular No. 17-2004) ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION V IN THE 8th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Due to the typhoon which recently hit the Bicol region, the 8th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) for Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region V, . scheduled on May 19 to 21, 2004, has been moved to June 2 to 4, 2004 (Wednesday to Friday), at the Casablanca Hotel, Penaranda St., Legazpi City.

Sessions and attendance of the Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on 02 June 2004 (Wednesday).

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses for those entitled to and from station to seminar site will be reimburseable at a later date after submission of properly documented receipts.
