SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON DECEMBER 20, 2012 AT THE BETHEL GUEST HOUSE AND HOTEL, DUMAGUETE CITY

The Working Vice Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts, in cooperation with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), will hold a seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) on December 20, 2012, 9:00 A.M., at the Bethel Guest House and Hotel, Dumaguete City.

The following first and second level court judges stationed in the provinces of Cebu and Siquijor are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:
